Until 21st June

1. Sign up in Pikaichu (https://pikaichu.kyudo.fr) with the email for manage marks and participants (here)
2. Send informations to k2n.10years@ikmail.com
3. I add your club and assoc and give your rights
4. Sign in in Pikaichu
   • test registration and marks in testing taikai (here and here)
   • Register your participants in Real taikai (here)

From 22nd June to 23rd June

1. Receive an email from k2n.10years@ikmail.com for start
2. Sign in in Pikaichu and mark (unable to add additional participant) (here)
3. Share and look at the scores (here)
4. Send an email to k2n.10years@ikmail.com when finished
5. Receive an email from k2n.10years@ikmail.com for end

Taikai rules

• Opened to any Kyudo group in any country
• Remotely with no limit of participants
• Grouped by club or association, through our marking tool Pikaichu (see below)
• No prize but joy to celebrate a common event in our practice of Kyudo
• Shooting Form: Zasha or Rissha (standing), kyougi-maai (competition timing)
• Standard 36cm target (mato) is to be used for 28m range is recommended
• 8 arrows, 2 rounds of 4, no tie-break
• Start 21st June 12AM UTC ends 24th June 12PM UTC. (https://dateandtime.info/utc.php)

How to – Sign Up and login

1. Connect to https://pikaichu.kyudo.fr
2. Sign-up with the email given you will use to register your participants and marks
3. Send your informations to k2n.10years@ikmail.com
   • email and name used for manage your marks and participants
   • club/association name
   • Location : town and country
   • when you think you will participate in your local time
4. Wait for my signal, I am creating your entry with the given email as admin

How to – register your participants

1. Connect to https://pikaichu.kyudo.fr
2. Sign-in with your email given as admin
3. Select Taikai
4. Register participants for your group
   • Use pen icon on your club/assoc
   • Click add
   • Give First Name/Last Name/Club
   • Click on rolling dice if you need to change order
5. After starting Marks we won’t be able to add participants so be ready before 22nd of June.
6. For testing registration : Test register taikai K2N 10 years
7. For testing marking : Test mark taikai K2N 10 years
8. For real : Taikai for 10 years K2N

How to – record your marks

1. Connect to https://pikaichu.kyudo.fr
2. Sign-in with your email given as admin
3. Check with are in marking step
4. Click on Mark icon
5. For each participant proceed as follow
   • O for hity, X for miss, ? if not sure
   • When 4 are shot, be sure about results on azuchi
   • Validate by pressing blue button
   • If you need to change a mark please send a mail to k2n.10years@ikmail.com
6. When you finish please send an email ro k2n.10years@ikmail.com
7. For testing marking : Test mark taikai K2N 10 years
8. For real : Taikai for 10 years K2N
9. For testing I will reset marks frequently
